Wife of Samari Rolle - Retired 12 year All-Pro - NFL Veteran. Danisha is the founder of Women of the NFL on IG and the SET An Example Conference. Danisha is a producer, publisher and mother of four children.

Masika Mughelli

Masika Mughelli is married to Ovie Mughelli a 9 year NFL veteran and mother of 3. I’ve spent over two decades working with professional athletes in community relations and corporate partnerships. For the past ten years, l’ve served as a licensed insurance agent and broker, specializing in group health and life insurance. My primary focus is helping current and former athletes, along with their families, secure their financial futures and develop comprehensive family life planning strategies.

Amakeda Ponds Wife of Former NFL Player Antwaune Ponds. Keda is a founding member of the Women of the NFL. She is a passionate leader, content strategist, and advocate for empowering women in tech and beyond.

Ari Jackson

Meet Ariβ€”marketing maven, event architect, and all-around strategic powerhouse. She’s the creative force behind unforgettable brand experiences and game-changing marketing strategies that keep Fortune 500 companies ahead of the curve. With a legacy of building powerhouse brands like Jared and European Wax Center and serving as the former COO of a top consulting firm, Ari knows how to execute with precision and flair.

Now, as the Marketing Chair of The National Football Wives Association, Editorial Marketing Director for SET Media Magazine and CEO of Novellus Muse, she’s redefining the playbook for impactful branding, storytelling, and standout eventsβ€”including weddings that actually feel like you. Known as your go-to marketing and events wingwoman, Ari brings the perfect mix of strategy, creativity, and execution to every project.

But her most cherished roles? Proud mom to Aiden and baby Aaro, and wife to Vikings player Theo Jacksonβ€”proving every day that you can build an empire and a beautiful life at the same time.

Ashley Simmons Peat

Ashley is the wife of former NFL player Andrus Peat. She is mom of 2 and known as The Aussie Publicist. Some know her for her personal style or philanthropy. She proudly wears many hats.

In 2011, Ashley moved from Melbourne to New York to pursue a career in fashion PR. She worked for IMG Fashion, coordinating New York Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week, developing long-lasting relationships in the industry along the way. In 2015, she moved to Los Angeles to launch her own PR agency, which focused on representing Australian brands within the U.S. and creating space for women in business to learn and thrive.

Her passion for mentoring others in the fashion industry continues to this day, providing scholarships for Black-owned brands to receive free PR representation as they grow. Today, she offers PR consulting services as she expands her career in the fashion space.

Camille Rogers

Whether she’s engulfed in the arts, making bold moves in marketing, or indulging in some well-deserved retail therapy, she does it all with effortless charm. A savvy investor and fearless decision-maker, Camille has her hands in everything from luxury resorts in St. John to curating dreamy stays at her very own Airbnb. But her greatest masterpiece? Her son, Tyler Jr.β€”the ultimate passion project.

With a business degree from Post University and a sharp eye for opportunity, Camille is building an empire rooted in art, adventure, and unapologetic fun. She’s not just securing the bagβ€”she’s designing the whole lifestyle, one brilliant move at a time.

Ella Burns

Ella Burns is wife to NFL cornerback Artie Burns and boy mom to three amazing sons who keep her on her toes and her heart full. Ella has a passion for advocacy and is now a sports and entertainment lawyer. Together, Artie and Ella run Dream, a sports mentorship program they founded eight years ago. They sponsor and mentor young athletes, helping them chase their dreams both on and off the field.

Dr. Theresa Bowe

Dr. Theresa Bowe: A Force of Nature in Business, Real Estate, and Advocacy

Dr. Theresa Bowe is a powerhouse entrepreneur, real estate mogul, and advocate for change. Born in New York, she transformed hardship into fuel for success, overcoming childhood abuse and forging a path of resilience and ambition. Mother of 2 and wife of former NFL wideout Dwayne Bowe.

Dr. Bowe’s philosophy is simple: take risks, learn by doing, and fail forward. By 20, she had purchased her first home; by 22, she owned a liquor storeβ€”early ventures that laid the foundation for her growing empire. Known as The Real Estate Doctor, she manages a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio and leads The Largest Real Estate Group, powered by Keller Williams, specializing in luxury and investment properties. Expanding her footprint in high-end experiences, she co-owns The Yacht Dealer, selling and chartering luxury yachts in Miami.

Beyond business, Dr. Bowe holds an honorary doctorate and is a passionate author, using her platform to advocate for children affected by abuse. She has penned impactful books that promote healthy boundaries and self-awareness for kids.

Her story is one of fearlessness, reinvention, and empowermentβ€”a testament to what’s possible when resilience meets relentless ambition. Whether in real estate, luxury yachts, or advocacy, Dr. Bowe continues to break barriers, inspiring others to chase their dreams unapologetically.

Jennifer Lamorna

Born and raised in England, I began my journey as a professional dancer before moving to the U.S. to chase my dreams. My career later took a transformative turn into the mental health field after becoming a mother. With over 12 years experience I have progressed from client-facing roles to leadership positions, focusing on team training, strategic development, and expanding organizational reach. Currently, I work with Haven Health Management on a national level, supporting adolescents and their families to find help during life’s most challenging times.

Balancing my career with my role as a mother of 2 amazing kids and supportive teammate to my partner of almost a decade, Mack Hollins has been an incredible journey. Each day brings its own challenges and rewards, and finding that balance is what drives me.

What motivates me every day is the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, whether it’s through my professional work or being there for my family and friends.

I look forward to sharing with other women how I balance motherhood, my career, and being a partner while still finding my purpose in life. I’d love to help other women discover and embrace their own purpose along the way.

Kennedy Lewis

Kennedy Lewis is an entrepreneur, model, and former collegiate athlete. They graduated from Tennessee State University and have a passion for beauty, fitness, and business. They own The Face Lift, a beauty brand specializing in teeth whitening and tooth gems, with a mission to help people feel confident and radiant.

Modeling and athletics have played a significant role in shaping who they are, and fitness remains an important part of their life. Their experiences in sports have helped them build strong personal and professional connections.

Kennedy is also a dedicated mother and enjoys sharing experiences with their daughter, including introducing her to modeling. Family and close friendships are central to their life.

Outside of business and fitness, they enjoy painting as a form of self-expression. They are focused on self-improvement, expansion, and leaving a legacy that reflects their passion and purpose.

Mahogany Charite

Mahogany Charite is a marketing and events enthusiast with a background in editorial journalism. With a Bachelor of Arts in English, she has been able to dip her toe in multiple industries. Working with companies in hospitality, education, travel and more has afforded her the opportunity to build a vast network as well as a worthwhile skillset. She currently works in hospitality in addition to being a freelance social media manager. She loves helping small brands grow through strategic social media marketing as well creating advertisements and campaigns for large brands such as ResortPass, Armani Beauty, and Anthropologie.

Leisurely, she enjoys golf, Pilates and the occasional morning at the dog park with her husband and pup. Being a wife and building a home alongside her husband has been one of her greatest gifts. Combining her interests and career has been a dream come true and she’s excited to tackle whateve

Terricka Cromartie

Terricka Cromartie is a Believer, Wife, Entrepreneur, and Mother to six amazing kids. Born in East St. Louis, IL and later moving to Los Angeles, CA, Terricka utilized her talents and pursued her dreams of becoming a professional dancer, touring the world, and appearing in numerous music videos. All of which opened up opportunities on the Big Screen where she appeared on the TV show, Wild N Out. Terricka went on to star on E!’s Candy Girls, highlighting the life of a video vixen.

Terricka received a double Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of California State Northridge, in Theatre Arts and Psychology. In November of 2008 Terricka married the man of her dreams, NFL Player Antonio Cromartie.

Terricka uprooted her life in Los Angeles and moved to New York with her husband to as he perused his career. As a mother, she devoted her time to nurturing her children and being a supportive wife. She put her focus towards building a brand for her family and actively worked on writing, producing and then selling a docu-series about her blended family, The Cromarties.

Sarita is a dynamic entrepreneur passionate about community, creativity, and empowering athlete partners. She holds a bachelor’s in Family, Youth, and Community Science and a master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Florida, equipping her to drive meaningful change throughout the community.

Beyond her education, Sarita is the founder and creative force behind PRESSED, a custom game day apparel company redefining fashion for the wives, partners, and families of professional athletes. With a commitment to quality, originality, and bold designs, she has carved out a distinct space in the game day apparel industry, earning recognition on some of sports’ biggest stages. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a thriving businessβ€”one that not only fuels her passion for design but also deepened her understanding of the unique experiences of professional athlete partners. From constant relocations to the often-overlooked role significant others play in an athlete’s career, Sarita’s journey has ignited a greater mission: to celebrate and empower the women behind the game.

Above all, Sarita is a devoted wife to her college sweetheart and mother, navigating the balance of family life and entrepreneurship with grace. Her mission is not just to create, but to inspire, uplift, and unifyβ€”proving that the women behind the athletes have powerful stories, businesses, and legacies of their own.

Zaria Scarlett, MBA

Meet Zaria Scarlet, a dynamic marketing connoisseur and creative entrepreneur with a passion for brand management, market research, and data analytics. A proud alumna of the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business, Zaria further honed her expertise by earning an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.

As the Chief Marketing Officer of Izien and Co, LLC, Zaria plays a key role in shaping the brand’s vision and philanthropic initiatives. She is also the founder of DesignsbyZa, a creative studio specializing in personalized products, game day apparel, logos, websites, and graphics. Through DesignsbyZa, she brings bold, high-quality, and purpose-driven designs to life, catering to entrepreneurs, sports fans, and creative visionaries.

With an eye for innovation and a deep understanding of consumer engagement, Zaria thrives in crafting compelling marketing strategies that elevate brands and connect with audiences. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a dedicated mother and the supportive partner of Christian Izien, a safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
